Chad Jenkins is a founding partner of Blueprint Consulting Group L.L.C. and launched in February of 2005. Chad works exclusively with insurance advisors to improve their sales performance and grow their business within a highly structured sales training and coaching program. 
 

Chad has built his practice logging thousands of hours coaching and riding with producers. He is a sought after speaker by leading industry carriers such as Lincoln Financial and Chubb as well as industry trade associations.

Prior to Blueprint Consulting Group, Chad spent two years helping create and launch the Sales Management Consulting efforts for Marsh, Berry and Company Inc., one of the nation’s premier insurance agent and broker consulting firms.   

Chad and his wife Traci live in Ft. Worth, Texas with their son Ty and daughters Blake and Finley.

Jeff Jenkins is a partner of Blueprint Consulting Group.  BCG is a consulting firm specializing in all facets of organic growth within the insurance distribution space.  Jeff has worked with agents and brokers of all sizes, including many of The Top 100.  In addition, he has worked with underwriting companies such as Chubb, Secura, Lincoln Financial, and Arbella Insurance.

Prior to Blueprint Consulting Group, Jeff led the Sales Management Consulting efforts for Marsh, Berry and Company, one of the nation’s premier insurance agent and broker consulting firms. During his 7 years at Marsh, Berry, Jeff also developed and launched the recruiting division focused on new producer hiring, training and development. Jeff was a partner with Marsh, Berry prior to his departure.

Prior to Marsh, Berry, Jeff launched and developed a southwestern divisional office for Jacobson Associates, the nation’s leading insurance talent acquisition and development firm.

Jeff is a graduate of The University of Houston and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.  Jeff is a past president of the Dallas Chapter of CPCU. 

Caitlin is the newest member of our team and is charged with communicating to all Blueprint clients on a regular basis. Her skills and training allow us to provide fluid and dynamic communication methods to make sure every member of the Blueprint program has the most up-to-date information, tool or resource that we have developed. She is also in charge of planning Blueprint Workshops, Webinars and high-performing producer showcases. Caitlin's prowess as a coordinator was forged in the fires of LA, where she found herself knee-deep in the business of organizing major events for the Emmys and Academy Awards. Eventually, she moved on to New York City, where she took a turn at orchestrating high-profile weddings at exclusive corporate events. Caitlin graduated with a degree in Human Resources from Oklahoma University. In her spare time, she enjoys spin classes, playing tennis and traveling with friends. 

Harrison Jenkins is a consultant at Blueprint Consulting Group and heads our recruiting division as well as our analytics.  Whether it be coaching producers, finding causation through the lead indicators of producer activity, or helping our clients acquire new producers, Harrison is focused on helping insurance brokers grow their business as well as their individual talent.  Since 2017, Harrison has worked closely with clients in order to help achieve success through the Blueprint process.

Prior to Blueprint Consulting Group, Harrison worked in film production in both Los Angeles and Fort Worth.  During his time in the industry, he specialized in project management as well as directing clients' visions in order create exciting projects.

Harrison graduated from Vanderbilt in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Human Organizational Development.  

Hance graduated from the University of Texas McCombs school of business with a finance degree in spring '17. After spending time marketing insurance for an insurance agency and learning financial analysis at a commercial bank, Hance joined the Blueprint team to focus on growth initiatives.

While Hance was at the agency, he acquired his P&C license while gaining an understanding for the technical side of the insurance business.
